Art is Up! for the graduates of the 2020 Artist UP! Entrepreneurial Training Program, as the Shreveport Regional Arts Council celebrates the graduates of the eight-week course that equips artists to advance careers, develop ideas, and increase financial independence in the “business of art.” The exhibition—a first show for many of these artists—includes sculpture, acrylic painting, print-making, and photography and runs July 23 through September 18 at Central ArtStation at 801 Crockett at the corner of Common and Crockett Streets. Come meet some of Northwest Louisiana’s newest emerging artists and hear how they are turning Art into StART Ups, Wednesday, July 23 at 5:00 p.m. MASKS are required.
